BackgroundThe coexistence of falcine and occipital sinuses is rare its natural course has not been reported.Case reportsTwo patients with persistent are described. Both had straight sinuses. In one, both the transverse sigmoid were hypoplastic patient an acquired Chiari I malformation. The other no venous anomalies a normal posterior cranial fossa.ConclusionThe can lead to These cases suggest importance checking brain in this situation.
